Norrlog GmbH specializes in transporting goods for private individuals.
Our shipping prices are VAT included.
All orders placed are binding.
The delivery time is usually 2 - 10 days from the time your goods are picked up by us. Orders that we have to pick up abroad can take up to 10 - 20 days.
If your shipment consists of several packages, it may happen that the shipment arrives on different days. In this case, we ask for your patience and understanding.
Taxes and customs
As the customer, you are responsible for the taxes and customs clearance of your goods. It is your responsibility to check which regulations apply to your goods in your country.
Norrlog GmbH is not responsible for the cost of customs clearance or taxes.
The carriage regulations of the NSAB 2000 apply. According to their regulations, the carrier's liability is limited to cases where the carrier is responsible for the damage or loss. The carrier shall compensate the client a maximum amount of 0,80€ per kilo. Therefore, we recommend transport insurance.
If your order contains alcohol, additional insurance is required. Without it, there will be no claim for compensation.
Costs for the return of goods:
- If address details are incomplete.
- Failure to pick up your package
We charge for shipping costs incurred for this, plus freight charges for reshipment.
Cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com
All orders are binding after 24 hours.
In case of cancellation after this time, costs for packing, transport documents etc. will be charged. We charge at least 15€ from the beginning of the transport.
How to order
You order goods in a store or online - store within the EU.
The transport booking for the purchased goods is made under your name, which we then send to Sweden, Finland, Ireland or Denmark.
In some cases we also pack the goods for you.
If the order contains alcohol, you must be of legal age. Therefore we need a confirmed proof of age.
If the order is returned to us due to under age, return merchandise charges apply.
All bookings must be made through our web-based ordering site. It is your responsibility to verify that all details on the booking confirmation are correct. The order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when placing your order.
Incorrect orders or misuse of the web system may result in charges being filed.
For various reasons, we receive packages back.
Our support team will notify you by email.
If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the goods will be disposed.
You will receive an email reminder 2 days prior of disposal.
All our prices are in Euro including VAT.
We reserve the right to correct prices due to typing errors

Our website uses a payment service from ePay A/S. All information about your payment is encrypted and sent to ePay via SSL.
This means that only ePay can read your payment information.
